The featured speaker at the March 14 meeting of Brighton Garden Club is Mary Gerstenberger, who will talk about wetlands. Her presentation will explore the types of wetlands in Michigan, the function they serve, and how to protect them.
Mary Gerstenberger is the Consumer Horticulture Coordinator for Macomb County MSU Extension. She is a Master Gardener, a Master Composter. While with MSU Extension she has worked with 4-H, Environmental Education and Consumer Horticulture.
